  1. I was wondering if it is possible to receive federal loans for career training schools, more specially, a flight school. I'm in the process of enrolling at a flight school in California. I will be looking into private loans next but I am still interested on federal loans. I heard that there are federal loans that help students pursuing an aviation career and the first step is to fill out the FAFSA application. Here is my confusion: Within the FAFSA application, there is a section that asks for the "college" that I will be attention, however, my school's name does not appear on the list. I believe it is because it is a career school and federal loans mainly focus on academic colleges and universities but I am still confused since many sites advertise that federal loans do assist career-training. I tried calling the federal financial aid offices but no answers. I've also sent emails. I think the fact that I am asking in a Youtube comment shows my desperation. Thank you 🙂
