  1. I like ya Adam and even though I know most of the things you bring up in episodes, you still do it in a entertaining way. The only one I didn't know was the jaywalking one that was interesting. now getting to what I disagree with in this video is the pay Gap. It's a myth and any Economist with half a brain knows that it is. What you get paid and what you earn are two different things. It's been illegal to pay somebody less based on gender or race since the sixties. actually you should do a segment on why it's wrong because a lot of people still believe in the myth and you have even presidents quoting it.

  15. my mom is a manager in her company, all she's telling me is how some workers are so lazy to do anything extra and bitching why they didnt get the promotion at the end of the year. Why people who works their ass off deserve to get the same salary as someone who doesnt want to do anything.

  17. yep this is so awesome as communication is the key word to most of our problems
Equal pay is the one mentioned, but it could also be equal work entitlements and equal work privileges
then there is a whole list of other things communication does, for instance communication will eventually destroy the gaps in social demographics allowing for understanding to replace the long ingrained ignorance that currently fuels the social tension seen currently.

  21. companies pay you for how long you work there and how hard you work and some people get paid more when they enter the workforce for two reasons
    1. if you enter the workforce when the company has less workers or making a big profit then you are most likly to have a high wage.
    2. your qualifications.
