  2. This countrys politics preach stopping poverty but in fact, laws like these supports poverty. Beware who you put into office, for its them that make laws like this. Keep records on the ones with the gizards for hearts and remember them in elections. In these times innocent citizens can become criminals  and persecuted to make the companys and politicians fatter.

  9. I also want to add that states without the laws mentioned in the report that prohibit credit checks for many jobs better watch their populations. People that are able-bodied and qualified to work for postitions they are being chronically being turned down for because of their bad credit history will be moving to the states with these protections, unless they consider such laws, also.

  10. The majority of people with bad credit are ABSOLUTELY NOT irresponsible shopaholics and hoarders. They have out-of-control medical bills that even insurance cannot pay for, and/or were laid-off as excellent employees. These situations can affect ANYONE, even the most responsible, law-abiding, hard-working, money-saving, healthiest of citizens. While I will not argue that some jobs must require credit checks, it is insane for most jobs not handling any money at all to require them.
